WHY IS A NON-CIRCUMVENTION NON-DISCLOSURE (NCND) AGREEMENT REQUIRED?
We are only interested in dealing with reputable clients who understand that the people who make the bulk REO investments possible at low prices are entitled to be paid for their services. If our investors determine that a property is not worth the net price to the seller plus the brokerage fees, then we will assist in finding other properties that offer greater value to the investor.
We deal honestly with all parties. We respect the importance of the buyer’s mandate, seller’s mandate and intermediaries in bringing the parties together. Circumventing any of the parties entitled to a portion of the fee is simply not an option. Such conduct may result in legal action and the seller’s refusal to deal with those disreputable buyers.
The NCND Agreement establishes that all parties understand these concepts, and accept the mutual responsibilities of dealing honestly with all parties and brokers.
